Today I’m hosting the lovely Laura Lam, as I couldn’t be more excited about the publication of the long awaited third installment in the Micah Grey Trilogy, Masquerade. I’m a huge fan of Pantomime (which I gave a rave review in 2012…!) and I’m thrilled to now be part of the blog tour to celebrate this series being complete, and with gorgeous new covers to boot!
Yay! Today the wonderful Laura Lam is back on the blog, touring for Shadowplay, the sequel to her fantastic debut Pantomime. The book is out in early January and will make the perfect winter read. Hope you all enjoy my interview with Laura!
Interview with Laura Lam
On Sequels and the secrets of Magic
Was it easier or more difficult than Pantomime to write Shadowplay? Did you have Shadowplay planned before you wrote Pantomime?
Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish to show off our book-related lists.
There are so many amazing books to be published next year, this list was extremely difficult to narrow down. I’ve tried to include mostly UKYA (that I haven’t had a chance to read yet) with a couple of sequels that I couldn’t NOT add to the list!
I was so thrilled when the lovely Faye from A Daydreamer’s Thoughts, Kayleigh from K-Books and Laura from Bookish Treasures decided to host this event. My Netgalley to-be-read pile is seriously long and I seem to always get distracted by shinier, physical books/proofs that sit on my bookshelf (just becuase I see them every day).
What an honour to be a stop on a thrilling blog tour for Pantomime, one of my Top 10 books of 2012 and really a fabulous read. The book is out in a couple of days and published by Strange Chemistry. Hope you all enjoy my interview with Laura on her journey to the publication, the wonderful world of Ellada and more!
